Please find below our comprehensive policies which detail the terms for refunds for print-on-demand physical products managed by Printify, as well as our digital products.

REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Print-on-Demand Services by Printify:

Each item is crafted uniquely upon your order and not pulled from pre-stocked inventory. This made-to-order process is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size, or color selections.

Damaged Product or Manufacturing Error:

Should your product arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at returns@thearmyrn.com within 15 days of delivery to request a free replacement or refund. Please include your full name, email, order number, and a clear photo showing the issue.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are provided only for damaged products or manufacturing errors. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process:

Upon the receipt and evaluation of your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

ACCESS TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Upon completing your purchase, you will gain immediate access to the digital products. Please ensure you check your inbox and spam folder for any additional information and follow the instructions provided to optimize your experience with our content.

If for any reason you encounter an error with accessing the digital products, please reach out to our support team at support@thearmyrn.com without delay. We are committed to resolving access issues promptly. Allow us 24-48 hours to investigate and reissue your access if an error has occurred.

NO REFUNDS POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Once the sale is confirmed and access to the digital product is provided, we do not offer refunds. Our sales are final, which means that we do not accept returns or process refunds for any digital product once it has been purchased. This firm no-refund policy applies to all forms of digital content provided by The Army RN, including eBooks, online courses, exclusive community access, and webinars.

By making a purchase with The Army RN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy. Please consider your purchase carefully, as once access to the digital content is granted, you cannot receive a refund.
